Michael Velez MD, MTM is a practicing physician executive, entrepreneur and health tech innovation consultant. He's passionate about using human-centered design to drive medical innovation and improve patient care. Michael mentors for the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator program, and also serves as a consultant for several healthcare startups.
Michael's role with Illuminate Labs is to oversee our Certification Program, ensuring that health products bearing the Illuminate Labs Certified or Formulated seals adhere to our formulation standards and align with vetted research recommendations.
